So apparently, it was his second offense in 8 years.

Second offense of PEDS = 10 game suspension
Second offense of beating a woman = lifetime ban

I don't like Goodell either but you all can put your pitchforks down.

C'mon guys be reasonable. It's not fair to the other 31 teams if we're playing with a jacked up long snapper. Just think what our record would be if he wasn't juiced . We could be 2-10 or something awful.

Caught gambling and the NFL will ban you for life. Oh wait, Gambling is now in partnership with the NFL. Beat a woman in public and you'll be suspended for a year if it's multiple times. If your career is close to the end then it will be a lifetime ban. If you are a super talent, don't worry you will be on the field again. If you're a long snapper and you're caught using any supplement (that you can probably buy in a health food store) do the best you can to drive him out of the sport.

I don't think the NFL has a strict gambling restriction. Baseball does. As in you're not allowed to gamble during the season, but that's changing. I know during the baseball season they are not allowed to step foot in a casino unless it's official business. I'm not talking about sports gambling just straight up cards and dice action. That you can freely do.
