You're missing McGlinchey in your OL depth chart I think

Good catch. Was doing some editing on mobile and thought I missed a name in there.

IMO, it boils down to draft position.
If we get Bosa the strategy changes somewhat.
I think Ford, Clowney and Lawrence will never happen yet we still need another ER. Keeping Solly and Solomon on the inside would be tough on offenses. Add to that we have a good rotation there/
HaHa would be an excellent pick-up.
I'd like us to get Staley's eventual replacement - if it's McG than get his replacement.
I'd still like a big WR to add to the mix.
IMO, Celek hasn't done much to stand out and replacing him would be an upgrade.
We definitely need to add another tackle. Staley is likely going to retire after next year. I want a franchise LT caliber guy and I'm open to trading for one after next season.
Definitely at least want to add a productive vet pass-rusher as well. Overall, outside our main needs of DE, WR, LB, S, CB, and OG.. I'd put OT and TE2 next on that list.
Frustrating that really the only positions we are pretty good on are MLB, DT/NT, QB, RB, OL for now at most spots, and TE1. That's sometimes enough on offense, but not nearly enough on defense to be a winning formula.

It seems a lot of our "lists" include guys like Sherm, who are or are recovering from injury. Frankly, I would like sherm to be made Asst DC and become DB coach.
It just seems we can't get injured guys off our roster, sherm for example.
He and Earl are great players, but we have to get healthy guys who can play and get away from injured guys who we pray get healthy.

Huh? He's played in 7 of the 9 games after his Achilles(s) issues, played at a high level and has been their best DB by far. I absolutely want him back there next season .

Count me out on wanting Fowler. Off field issue history, and boneheaded penalties today. Sure isn't giving the Rams the value of the 3rd and 5th round picks they coughed up for a short-term rental of him so far. (Edit: and just like that, he makes a play lol)
Among other FAs, I've heard some folks saying we should go after Brandon Graham. While he's a good veteran, he's never had a double digit sack season and last year was a career year for him at 9.5 sacks. Not sure he'd replicate that here. If we go after a vet, I'd target Wake or Matthews, even though it seems doubtful either would come here.
Lynch knows that I think. Hence his comments "we're going to have to draft our way out of this." I imagine they'll certainly try to get a pass rusher among those that become available, but everyone knows it's not going to be so easy to convince a free agent to join this team. Flowers I think continues to be the most realistic possibility.

Agree with Graham. Hes on the decline. I'd have no problem bringing him in but they would still need to draft a guy
