I don't buy it one but that Beathard is working with WRs that he doesn't have chemistry with. The only starting WR not playing is Goodwin. Although JG got most of the snaps through game 3, Beathard still had snaps with the #1s and maybe that was the case before starting, but if anything Beathard played with these guys last year too. Beathard doesn't have an issue with "confidence" the problem is that the WRs aren't getting open and his window for throwing someone open takes longer.... which begs the question that we asked this off-season and even into the early part of this year.... you can't just be "like these guys" because it's clear there are a lot of deficiencies. I know Kyle is saying that you "don't need a Julio Jones" but damn, the time his offense was lights-out was when he had one. Maybe this philosophy should be reconsidered.
His offense was lights out when he had healthy players across the offense.
Exactly.
Little known fact- we are averaging more points per game than any Harbaugh coached team, minus the 2013 49ers. And this is with all the injuries.

The only stat that matters is the W/L column.
Before we you start telling me we had a better team back then, which we did, we also played much better teams with a much more difficult schedule, not to mention we where the measuring stick for many of the opponents we played.
Of course it's the only one that matters. The team is still bad. Just pointing out, the offense can score and there are a couple of bright spots. To hear NT tell it, we need to start everything over from scratch.
