I'm pretty much convinced at this point letting hyde go was the biggest mistake of the offseason.
They didn't respect the run game at all and pinned their ears back all game rushing the passer. Every aspect of the team was better this game other than the running game and redzone offense.
I'm convinced now that mckinnon isn't the answer either as he's not any faster than breida who was getting owned all game and is only a better pass catcher.
Other than those things the defense is way better than last year and so is the oline and receivers.

It's debatable whether any would start over diggs or thielan.
Witherspoon would definitely start.
The biggest difference imo is their defensive line is slightly better and Dalvin cook>>>>>>latavious murray>> anybody on the niners including mckinnon.
