WR Aaron Burbridge, OL JP Flynn and FB Malcolm Johnson were waived/injured yesterday. Those players cleared waivers and revert to the #49ers' injured reserve list.

How would any rookies or fringe guys waived help this team, they could add a veteran, they don't go through waivers.

All this talk from the 49ers that they had players that would play for other teams when cut. This roster is lackluster at best. The 49ers need at least another good CB,at least 1 if not 2 elite pass rushers, safety depth, at least 1 every down RB and offensive line depth. The 49ers don't have 1 running back that can carry the ball 20 to 25 times between the tackles and is good at catching balls out of the backfield. Morris can absolutely carry the ball 20-25 times a game.
