Everyone from players to fans are optimistic in the off-season.
If a teams goal isn't to win a championship then maybe they need to rethink their purpose.

None of the comments from players are coming from a place of arrogance, IMO, but rather from a place of knowing what the ultimate goal is and recognizing that a lot of work will be needed to get there. There's a difference.

All I keep hearing and reading is "we're building something special". Carlos Hyde who is on the CLEVELAND BROWNS stated the 49ers are winning the Super Bowl next season......what else player on the 49ers is saying that? Every player and WANTS to get to the Super Bowl, name me one team or player that doesn't?
