Totally...I love every episode though. There's a little brilliance in every episode.

yup those were a lot of names I was checking out when looking at next yrs cap. I don't see how Gilliam, Mitchell, and Marsh make the team (Gilliam and Marsh combine are $9+ million with no dead money).

Some other names:

Richard Sherman-SF can save $8 million if he doesn't come back and play well (hope he balls only a $10 million cap hit)
AA- SF can save $9 million with no dead money (5th yr option).
Brock Coyle-save $1.8 million
Dekoda Watson-save $1.7 million

Going off OTC currently they could have $74.7 million with roll over...I think realistically they could shave off another $10 million putting them at $84ish million rolling into 2019. That's not too shabby with no real top end FAs to worry about resigning (we got Gould, Pinion, Kyle Nelson, and whatever Attaochu and Cooper do this yr). I hope they get a deal for Buck done end of the yr

edit:Forgot about MM and Pettis' contracts

Absolutely. Even after paying Buck, we'd still be in position to frontload contracts again, restructure some or offer the most year-1 GTD money to FA's. We'll probably be top 5 in cap space again.

And by the year 3 off season, our work should be cut out for us. We should know EXACTLY what and who we need.

Today, that could be one top tier G & Elephant. Then in the draft, perhaps a stud WR, dominant pass catching TE, SAM/ER, T, CB and FS.

What is the advantage of not signing McGlinchey and Pettis yet? Why haven't they signed these two?

Often times, contract (offset) language is still being mulled over. Joey Bosa is an example last year. The parameters are set...just semantics at this junction.

Yup yup...I will say don't hold your breath on Kyle ever paying top dollar for a G (I know you want that lol).

Hopefully he won't have too...but he could draft and develop one. Hehe.
