How do these people even get hired in the first place?

It makes you wonder but I've been misdiagnosed more than once by doctors. The problem is MRI's and ultrasounds don't always reveal everything. It's one of the reasons they say you should always get a second opinion.

MRI is not the problem, it's the stupid doctors who can't properly read the result

It's called practicing medicine for a reason.

I had a doctor tell me that if I want to live any kind of life I needed spinal fusion surgery for my chronic back pain, a 2nd opinion also told me I needed spinal fusion surgery, a 3rd opinion told me I needed a minor outpatient surgery to fix and after several years of doctors and pills and a battery of expensive tests and suggestions for expensive surgeries it turns out if you lose 75lbs and change your lifestyle to one that is more active, start going to the gym regularly, you don't need any of it....

...but that's not a misdiagnosis. They knew what the problem was. They just had different modalities to treat it.

No $#!t Sherlock, there's also a thing called malpractice.
Next to Garoppolo, this guy is literally next in line as to how our season goes. He has the talent. He's getting the health. But if he kills it, you're going to see a massive positive ripple effect here. Pass protection could improve dramatically (our big weakness).

I hope this is true. But I think his impact in NY was massively overblown. I don't know that there's a massive drop off from Richburg to Garland.

No s**t Sherlock, a mis diagnosis wouldn't qualify in this instance because it wasn't life threatening and the injury couldn't get worse.

The point is Drs are people too and they don't know everything. They even mess up sometimes.

Lol calm your tits.

Examples of Medical Malpractice

Medical malpractice can take many forms. Here are some examples of medical negligence that might lead to a lawsuit:

Failure to diagnose or misdiagnosis
Misreading or ignoring laboratory results
Unnecessary surgery
Surgical errors or wrong site surgery
Improper medication or dosage
Poor follow-up or aftercare
Premature discharge
Disregarding or not taking appropriate patient history
Failure to order proper testing
Failure to recognize symptoms

Just wanted to say, as far as "misdiagnosed" is concerned, that I'd wait until legit confirmation happens before accepting that as gospel.

The source on this is his dad, and if you look at his twitter account, he's a MAGA cretin who retweets all kinds of nonsense and conspiracy theories.

Consider the source.

Got an alert on my phone. Please keep it football.
Here's another tweet on this topic. I'm not sure if we fired them all or not?

I think the fact that they fired a whole bunch of people right after the season ended and completely revamped the training and medical approach is pretty good confirmation that things were not handled well. We saw these same issues in the past with other players, Baalke just never did anything about it.

As far as the political stuff, who gives a crap, that has absolutely no relevancy in him commenting on his son's injury issues.
wow torn quad tendon for WR, sounds painful
