odd is`nt it,maybe they don`t want ot put him on the 53 and when anothe starter comes back he will be exposed to other teams,but I do like what Kendrick Bourne is doing giving a oppurtunity, he look like all he needs is chance to play.

He is already exposed by being on the PS. Any team can sign him at any time as long as they sign him to their active roster.
I think they want to keep him from going over the practice squad limit for games being on a roster. Once he is over 6 games on the roster, he would take one of the four spots designated for that. They probably want to be able to evaluate him for another offseason.
