Which Defensive Scheme would utilize Buck, Arik and Sol?

3-3 stack. We used this in pop warner football and had tremendous success.

I'm with you on 3 out of 4. Why AA at NT? Is it simply because Thomas and Buck would be better at big end a 3-tech or do you think AA would actually be a good fit there?

Had to force him somewhere. I would rather get a big NT and have AA spell Buck and Solo.

AA has no place in our scheme going forward.
Draft/sign a proper LEO and NT.
At best AA is a backup for us, but he's better off finding a team that suits his skillset.

I'm assuming this is under the scenario the coaches like AA want him to start WITH the other two.
BE - DeForest Buckner
NT - Arik Armstead back close to 290+ again
3T - Solomon Thomas (285)
ER - A real one
Otherwise, AA should only be a rotational player inside with Buckner and Thomas.

Thomas isn't a bum at Leo he's just not going to be #3 worthy. Still great vs the run , can clean up, + wreak some havoc vs a weak lt like he did with a banged up Williams. If we can find a pass rushing Sam this d could work very with ST, AA, and Buckner. Stout vs the run and that dominant pass rusher would change things.
Probably be better off just signing a Lawrence and moving ST to 5 tech though.
