He's so bad, we should just have him illegally cut block. It would be such a fail, the refs wouldn't even bother throwing a flag...in laughter. Then the refs may liked us and won't go OPI on us.

Staley is the one veteran that NEEDS to stick, solid Left Tackles don't grow on trees.
It's possible Staley could be here for 3 or 4 more years. I think it will take us 3 or 4 years to get back in contention. They'll find his replacement in a season or two. They'll get a top LT in a draft soon. I think Staley will be here until he starts to suck bad. Right now he is a huge need.
Hyde is 26, by the time he gets on a winning team with us he'll be in the late stages of his career. I can see him being replaced in a few years.
Reid, as I see will be gone. Just because he can't stay healthy, but if he's kept around he can play a key role for the next few years.
I see Mitchell gone in three years. Lynch gone after his rookie deal, Armstead will follow suit with that as well. Eli will also be gone after his rookie deal as well. Ray-Ray probably won't be back after his current contract is up. I think they'll let Tank walk as well. Celek will be gone probably after this season.
I see a whole new WR core in two to three season. maybe only Taylor will be kept around who's on the current roster. Garson who's are beat WR by far is already a little old.
