Sure they do. A down season last year doesnt change the fact that they are loaded in the front seven. I expect a rebound season from their defense.

Meh, there were opportunities. Hoyer isn't good at moving and passing at all. Our guards were barely getting in their way. A little better blocking and we score more points or a QB who can make awkward throws. Maybe CJ will make this team better if he can make throws moving back or with guys hanging on him.

Tartt's personal foul and blown assignments
Cam could have dropped 40 on us if healthy and not rusty
Interior OL
No bigger WR's to run screens
2 minute drill
4th down decisions plus some play calls
Only running Hyde a dozen times despite success
Penalties were killers
Blowing TO's
Bowman looked slow and Reid was non existent
Zero pass rush
Lots of nicks and bruises (beat up)

Yes. If you look you can see the flashes.

The D breakdowns, foster and a good edge rusher will help that a lot.

We really suck on defense without Foster.

With Foster next to Bowman....started to feel like Willis and Bowman again

Hoyer proved why he's a journeyman quarterback. Wouldnt mind having him as a backup but definitely not starting material.

It's a new scheme, and Kyle runs the most complicated offense in the league, so it will take time.

Problem is, how many of these players on offense are even going to be here next year? Not many, if this keeps up.

We will "start" rebuilding the o-line next year.... again...
Every year including harbaughs last year has been a rebuild..
We are in the 4th year of a f**kin rebuild...

I tried to start a thread stating this. I don't know why there was so much defense for Hoyer because his guards suck. At the end of the day he didn't perform and I'd rather see someone who can.
