One of the things that frustrates me about football, more than any other sport, is just how much luck is now required to win a super bowl. It's not about talent, it's about how you can stay healthy. Seems like every year the winning team is the healthiest.
Injuries are way up now. Either they need to expand the rosters further or add some more bi weeks (prefer that to 17 games), or do both.

It's about how good your qb can set up your offense and make players around him better….. and how good your defense is.
just look at all of the past winning qbs, Brady, Mahomes, Manning's, Wilson, Ben, etc. They were cerebral Pre snap, checked out of plays, get the ball out quick, and put their players on a spot to succeed.
All of their defenses were capable, if not top 7 or so in the league. And if not, they were very opportunistic.
You can win a SB with a Jimmy G or old Eli but you need an all time d(d line usually) and a solid run game. We do have the ingredients but health is a big issue for us.

Believe me, we've tried everything. Locked it and everything and nothing matters. This team is just injury prone. Period.
Delete it…problem solved lol.
or change the title to "The thread that shall not be bumped/named"
Bumped.
Once a 9er, always a 9er.
Four of the #Jets defensive free agent additions this offseason are injured and now their starting LT is also out.

I am now convinced Bill Belichick and Tom Brady put a injury voodoo curse on the franchise when we were blowing them out at Foxborough in 2012

Harbaugh practices were tough, which built tougher bodies for football.
No way these guys can train at home and then be ready for NFL football.

This was more an offseason training program thing that built tougher bodies than a tougher practices thing. And the new CBA doesn't allow for these anymore so it's nothing that can be done by the current staff.

True, I was just pointing out facts.
It's like trying box without sparring.

I actually train boxing/mma and it's detrimental to spar too hard. That's a recipe to shorten your lifespan and make you less ready to compete. It's all in the strength and conditioning you do to improve your durability in a competition

Nothing on Woerner
Others Shanahan reported on:
M. Harris - oblique strain; should be okay to practice Wed
D. Ford - mild ankle sprain; should be okay to practice Wed
E. Moseley - hopeful to play on Sunday, but not guaranteed
J. Kinlaw - Not expected to play Sunday, but not ruled out yet either
