Barring injury, I think it's pretty safe to say that Pierre will be our leading receiver in 2017. But, who will take over that 2nd spot when it comes to receptions? Will it be our #2 WR, Goodwin? The current starting slot, Kerley? The rookie who has looked impressive in training camp, Taylor? Our expensive but versatile FB, Juszczyk? Our starting TE, whoever that may be out of McDonald, Kittle, and Paulsen? Or our starting HB (likely to be Hyde, but I won't rule out Williams)?

Great poll GOAT! My vote was for Trent Taylor. The offense is starting out fresh and we know Kyle knows how to use his slot wr's i.e. Taylor Gabriel. Hopefully T.T. can replicate what he did at LaTech and shows promise this season.

Thanks, 7th st! I love your analysis and if I could choose, I'd want it to be TT! He's young and shows some promise...Besides, nowadays every team needs at least one undersized white slot receiver and we've never had one!

Taylor would need to jump up two or 3 spots on the depth chart to accomplish that.

Agreed. Hence, "If I could choose, I'd want it to be...". My actual answer to the poll was Jeremy Kerley.

I'm thinking it might actually be Goodwin. He's getting rave reviews in camp and seems to have a feature role. I'm also thinking we run 11 personnel less frequently than last year, so less snaps for the slot wr. Expect to see more 2 backs and/or 2 TE formations.

I think itll be a squeaky close race between Goodwin and Kerley myself. Im giving the edge to Goodwin right now who i think will have a nice career year.

Yup, got a great feeling about Goodwin especially if he proves to be more than just a straight line speed guy.
