I live in the heart of Big 12 country, getting KD Cannon as a UDFA is comparable to when the island of Manhattan was purchased for $24.

Doubt that applies to Jerome, Hikutini, Toth, Magnuson or Cannon but there are a few who will get rookie minicamp looks.
