here's why, we signed free agent TE Ferrell specifically for his blocking duties, kittle is going to move into more of a receiving role like kelce, and be a focal point of this offense, which should also keep him healthier going forward as well.

unless we want to pick in the top 3 the next 2 years and trade other assets no way. He is the heart and soul of the team. I would love kittle and his passion no matter what team he played for.

I'm fine with the trade offer, There is now way you trade Kittle unless your writing off the season. If your going for a full rebuilt is the only way you can make the trade.

MAYBE if it was a top 10 2nd but Kittle is so much more than an Elite TE he is someone you'd follow into war

That would be stupid. Trading Kittle would have signified giving up on winning a championship. Hes also our 3rd best OL.

I think the poll and the comments from the would you trade Kittle for a 2nd rounder clearly showed most of us of sound mind and on the same page so I'm merging that thread with Kittle's thread.
Let's hope George is a life long 49er and one who retires in 5+ years with a couple of SB rings for his efforts.
