Not a good look. By principle, Brock should have been signed first unless his deal is basically done, and they already have the dollars factored in.

Because he needs to be a blocker 50% of the time. Half of Kyle's offensive scheme relies on mismatches, window dressing and deception. When Kittle is on the line you don't know if he's there to block or catch a pass. On top of that, on obvious passing downs our sorry o-line needs help sometimes and Kittle basically has to be an extra offensive lineman.

Guessing that or Warner is next. I think the front office wanted to see how the draft filled in the holes on the roster before handing out the big extensions. I also think we might see some more action in free agency, especially now that it doesn't impact our comp formula. I'm guessing a move maybe for a Justin Simmons or perhaps a swing OT or LG competition.
