LaFleur is an A. Widely regarded as one of best wr coaches in football.

Tarver is an A? Laughable. I have no idea why he's so highly rated here.
Mike McDaniel & Mike LaFleur should both be A's

McDaniel is Shanahan's wingman and was the run game coordinator last year in Atlanta and that run game was no slouch.

Honestly we don't know much about a lot of these coaches to grade them just yet.

I'm big on the Mike McDaniel hire. I believe he will eventually be the OC.....he still gets a B though. The highest grade anyone should get is a B. Like Lynch and Shanahan, they have a lot to prove. Lets revisit this in a few years...hoping they're all A's at that time.
I don't know enough about most of these guys to give a concrete grade. But if I had to I'd go mostly B's across the board. Bobby Turner gets an A. Robert Saleh gets a C, only because there is no track record to indicate it being good or bad, so I'll go average.
I -- Incomplete

Give it a few seasons and talent acquisition to determine that.

LaFleur never coached WR's before....

Love the McDaniel and Turner hires, everyone else is a big ?????. I think it was a good move to keep Tarver.

The O-Line coaching hire will be very key

Overall great offensive staff in my opinion.

But, you gave them a B-average.

I think the important thing is that it's a group Shanahan's comfortable with. To build up the offense, he's going to need coaches that understand his vision. He's not inheriting Ryan + Jones, so there'll be growing pains.

I'm bumping your 3 Cs up a bit.

Shanny wouldn't give Scangarello and Hightower the nod if he thought of them as just Grade C.

Hafley should get at least a B for the talent he was dealt (decent, but not very good).

As for Saleh, I can't argue with you there since he was only a position coach before becoming our DC, which is the one coordinator we needed to be a solid hire... hope he proves us doubters wrong. Shanny has confidence in him so, I don't hate the hire, I'm still just skeptical (for now).

When you throw shanny in there
So who would people rather have as DC or Robert Walsh?

C+ staff. Hopefully the fact they are all Shanahan guys is enough to over come lack of experience.
Let's see here... they've won zero games, they've lost zero games, scored and allowed zero points in zero games, they've developed zero players over the course of zero seasons... And they've shown a grand total of zero different schemes over the course of zero plays.

This is tough... I'm going to give them an N/A. Hopefully my grade turns out to be correct!

I'd go with this myself. I don't know jack about most of these guys. We'll just have to see how it plays out.
