Crazy how young he is. Dude was in college and mid 20s when Lil Wayne was in his prime. We can have him for a very long time.

Shanny & Lil Wayne > Harbaugh & Judge Judy

True about Grant; however, Kyle did mention that the Offense looked worse yesterday.

That's fine it's the second day of camp. It's a process. I'm gonna assume that Kyle isn't "concerned" that his offense and offensive system is flawed.

I still just laugh my ass off when Grant critiques an offense. Like he has a f**king clue as to what they are doing. Just like when he's critiquing techniques with Pettis. It's hysterical...he's never displayed any X's and O's acumen, yet he grades these guys I bet Kyle and the REAL football guys laugh and probably feel a little sorry for him.

True about Grant; however, Kyle did mention that the Offense looked worse yesterday.

Kyle explained what he meant at the presser. He was referring to the efficiency of running the plays at the line. There were stoppage which he didn't like. He didn't refer to the production side like catches and drops, completions and INTs.

Yeah, a couple missed assignments.

Love the Lil Wayne stuff.... KS got some flavor to him for sure.... but the offense looks like burnt macaroni right now and that's a concern.

Where did you go for 8 months? You were awfully loud in this thread when the team was 0-4, 0-7, 0-8, 1-10 but when they started to win and that macaroni offense start to produce after a competent QB took the helm you disappeared.

Also, everyone with a clue laughs their ass off with "concerns" of an offense 2 days into a training camp. Just admit it, football isn't really your thing is it?

Like you said...do better.

What? Dude it's traning camp...you think kyle is dialing up crazy plays? It's all about learning technique and getting timing down now. We got new faces on the line and at the skilled positions. Defense is always gonna have a head start in training camp.

Man people really jumping to conclusions based off nothing.

Can anyone criticize this team without you instantly rushing to the defense? You must be patrolling all day Its summer time bro get out of the house and let people have their own opinions.

I've always thought this. But glad you said it!!!

Agreed on all points. Cohn knows just enough about football to get himself in trouble.
I am very pleased with the way Kyle and John Lynch have worked together to get the right players on this team.

So far our drafting and UDFA have been giving us a lot of good football. I am loving this.
Kyle has an arm. he was slanging some passes all over our starting D today

Yeah, I am pleased, too. So far so good - they're going a dandy job. Knock on wood.
I didn't feel like making another thread for this but did any of you guys catch the preseason game last night?

That new helmet rule could make things very painful for NFL defenses. Unless the refs are told to let the flags fly in preseason and tone it down a big notch in the regular season NFL defenses are going to be massively handicapped.

Which of course could mean good things for us having the Kyle & Jimmy combination. Now I don't want to see the NFL turn into every game being a 40+ point shootout for each team but if it trends towards defenses being handicapped with this new rule on top of all the others they have to worry about I'm very glad we have an offensive minded HC and a young QB who looks very promising.

Either way I think this season is going to be very frustrating for true football fans.

The clip that I saw had the guy being tackle high. Then another defender came in, lower his helmet and hit the offensive player in the head area while he was going down.

It's a clear penalty. Nothing confusing or tic tac about that.

I think it's good for the game for the sake of the players
