many of us were very underwhelmed by kyle, lucky jimmy came along. i am happy we got out stuff together because in my opinion until jimmy came we showed no improvement.. now that is water under the bridge. if you want to continue to revisit old haunts and incite. knock yourself out. i am more interested in moving foward and seeing what the plan is in the off season to help us take the next step

Seriously, Im f**king around....I just remember certain posters harping on trusting an organization that was 4-27 in their last 31 games and that's why we needed to judge Kyle so harshly at the start of the year. My past posts show where I stood on this and it was on the side of patience's.

We started out bad, but even so, I definitely saw improvement. And when I mean improvement, I mean compared to last year. What I saw this year was consistent competitiveness in games that we just weren't quite able to pull out at the end. It's like that small difference was taken care of with an increase in level of QB play. That's what got us over the hump/or that was the only road block standing in our way to finish games.

Kyle Shanahan and his offense was never the problem.

This. Maybe you can argue he's not HC material but that's not what he'd be here, he'd be fantastic for Jimmy G's development.

Bringing in a Caldwell doesn't mean KS won't call plays anymore.
