Obviously, getting the G-Man was the difference maker.

BUT the rest of the team were familiar w/his system and IMO it all started to come together when he had a QB who could execute the plan at a high level

Also, KS made RG III successful, Hoyer had his best season in Cleveland w/Kyle, He got Mat Ryan to perform at a higher level

Seriously, Im f**king around....I just remember certain posters harping on trusting an organization that was 4-27 in their last 31 games and that's why we needed to judge Kyle so harshly at the start of the year. My past posts show where I stood on this and it was on the side of patience's.

Anyone who's rational knows that this is year one of the rebuild. You don't change both the GM and HC within the same rebuild.
