Of course, a key part of the effectiveness of that motion is the initial action of the OL. Connor Colby mentioned in an interview, how important, and how difficult, it was to learn that quick first step that mirrors what Juice is doing in the backfield. Not just to take the step but for the entire OL to be in unison on the timing. If one guy messes up, it blows up the play.
Goes back to Bill Walsh's philosophy that you can mask player deficiencies with scheme. Walsh's influence was still there under Seifert when Mike Shanahan took over the offense, and Kyle learned it from his dad.
