The bottom line is the fire Shanahan crowd has really no good argument to fire Shanahan other than he hasn't won a SB. He's been one of the absolute best HC's throughout his tenure here, and he's the organization's most valuable asset. Anybody with an ounce of football sense understands this.

In this, we don't have a quarrel.

Shanny gets the best out of his peeps, and haS a LR Culture that 32 teams would love to duplicate.

Bosa got held in 2019...facts. 3rd and forever, should have been 3rd an "not a hot chance in hell." That was the 6th. Robbed.

The fact is, Shanny and Lynch put a competitive team out every year, but readi ng these forums sometimes, it seems like the "BASE" would prefr to go back to the lost decade of the 2000s and go 4-10....

A lot of fans still look at this organization like it's the 80s and 90s. It's been under completely different ownership for almost 3 decades, most of that time being a losing operation. Kyle Shanahan wasn't taking a job with a franchise that had an established SB winning GM…a franchise that has consistently fielded competitive teams for two plus decades. He took over a dumpster fire with bad leadership.

Kyle has always been the biggest victim of this organization's incompetence. Put him on a team with a strong FO and competent owner and he's already a lock for canton.

AND turned it into a viable competitor EVERY year.

THAT is the 49er way....

JMHO.

Yeah, I've figured out, rather early, that your opinions are not to be taken seriously.... Post counts won't change that....

I think most fans are not truly interested in firing Shanny at this point but some are critcal of Shanny to which the Homers pounce on. He isnt flawless and has yet to win the SB so he is going to be critisized.

If you get pounced on in here, it's because you don't know s**t about football

Most fans probably aren't. Certainly dealt with a few vocal ones here however.

He's definitely not flawless, and I also think his role in the organization is outsized here (which is a good and bad thing).

They are both fantastic coaches.

I was responding to the past when people wanted KS fired but couldn't name a good replacement.
