49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Thread

It could simply be a desire for privacy for Shanahan and/or the other party.

'Wrongdoing' is vague. We have actual evidence there. We know Shanahan was distracted and caused an accident, and we also know he wasn't cited or charged with a crime (DUI as an example).

It could just be that, but it makes no sense. 11 days of silence just to have it blow up even more when everybody inevitably sees you're F'd up? I don't get it

You can't trust the pd after their "clerical error". They are in on this if it's a cover up, so of course he's not going to get cited. That's the whole point of covering it up lol

TIL an actual "confession of fault" in front of reporters is not strong enough evidence of wrongdoing in this matter
What changes do you see coming to the offense this season when Kyle returns to the field?

Not sure why the police report wouldn't have the woman as the at fault driver if their transmission error was intentional. That doesn't make sense, and police make reporting errors.

Cops have discretion when it comes to citations. Most of us have probably experienced this personally in some form or fashion. I definitely have.

Do you guys think Shanahan will finally go OT in the first round in next years draft?

Words are not evidence. Especially not from the people who "privately" seem to want to control the narrative of what happened

Yep!
Idfc of all the details, if the chick got a check to be quiet, NDA idc. He could have ran into me and I would be like, Kyle?? Is he ok? I am a 49ers fan, so pay me whatever to get my car fixed, maybe hook me up with a signed, Purdy helmet lol and I am good. Sure, I will keep it on the DL cause nobody needs to know s**t, heal up soon and go Niners!

Yes dude, it's all just coincidence and the report was actually correct and everybody just wants privacy even the people with no injuries and didn't do anything wrong. Doesn't make sense but I understand why you want to believe it
