why not give the team some grace? this team is led by kyle. he sets this whole thing in motion in terms of players and staff we have. guy was in a serious wreck. naturally that's gonna effect the response, team needs time to sort out the info as it evolves, it's a fluid situation is it not, in terms of who will handle what, and what his status is. why can't it simply be they wanted to get their ducks in a row so they have something to say that is factual vs some nefarious cover up what exactly would they even be covering up? not all situations require the tin foil hat. sometimes an accident is an accident
What ducks do you need to get in a row to let people know coach was injured but is fine and recovering? You won't know what they were covering up because the cover up seems to have been done already in those 11 days. The only part of the story that they messed up was the "clerical error", but other than that yea you're right seems like they needed time to get their ducks in order
well this is time based, at the time of the accident, you don't know he's gonna be fine or recovering, you need days to pass to get there, then you gotta see day by day what his condition is and what and when he can do in terms of team involvement. i was listening to the ol knbr they had maiocco he was saying it's gonna be an ebb and flow, they don't want you in a dark room by yourself anymore with concussion, they want you to be on limited duty, that's better for recovery. so i think they will take it day by day and he'll be involved to the extent he can. he got his bell rung so hard he started drunk dialing deebo thinking he's still a 49er, that's how we got him back i suspect, but i could be wrong
