Sex while in Tesla mode is hilarious. I wasn't insinuating any fault. I was just debating the possibilities, which you are correct is not advised. I think it was just an accident and everything that is publicly known indicates as such.

Everyone comes close to getting into an accident every now and then. The only problem, most just brush it off with a *whew* or "f**k that person!". When it fact one should think deeply about what happened, how it almost happened, how they would feel if it did happen.. all the s**t you have to go through afterwards. And really appreciate that it didn't happen, and how you'll be even more attentive going forward. Defensive driving.

The accidents you're not able to avoid (like getting rear ended), well that's just how it is. Deal with what ever you can, and move forward.

In what way? Seems to me Simms is backing up the basic facts: It was a serious collision, but fortunately neither party was hurt severely. Kyle has recovered well from his overall physical injuries, but the concussion symptoms are lingering.

If anything Simms showed he's a real bro by keeping a personal matter between close friends undisclosed to the media until Kyle let the team make a statement, as obviously Kyle's wife reached out due to their friendship.

By mentioning on his own that the 49ers organization is close to the local authorities, and insinuating that the police helped out not leaking anything (in comparison to other people)... while also letting out how close he and his wife are to Kyle...which gives that (Local Police/49ers relationship) credibility..

And something new I just learned today/didn't realize (thank you Chris), how Kyle is really close to Adam Schefter (the most famous NFL news breaking reporter)... has known the family since they were young. Wrote a book with Papa Shanahan almost 30 years ago.

Now it makes me want to go back to previous 49ers stories from Adam.. and what narratives he was trying to push at the time...

Yeah, how dare someone build trust in the community and in his industry. So nefarious. So underhanded.

Social Media has turned some people into constantly jumping to conclusions, pretending to know the facts based of a 5 second video or a headline and out right juvenile impulsive commenting.

Sounds like after all the digging people have done into this the best they can find is maybe Kyle was using his phone when the other driver hit him.

So basically he wasn't under the influence of anything, the other driver caused the accident but Kyle didn't get cited for holding his phone so that's the big secret 49ers buried!

Id be embarrassed if I was one of the main guys looking for these answers and yet I know those losers will keep pretending something more happened even though everything points to that not being the case.

Even Grant is like…well seems like Kyle wasn't at fault.
