KS would have a HC job before he even got to the airport.
Kyle gets no credit for running one of the best locker rooms in the league for nearly a decade. Too many writers and fans forget there's far more to being a HC than calling plays. By almost any measure Kyle has been a top HC for those responsibilities outside of game day, and while writers and fans may forget, I guarantee you the owners and GMs out there do not overlook it. It's a huge part of why he would be a HC again faster than John Harbaugh and Stefanski were this offseaaon.
It definitely told me something when we have Azeez coming back while still technically a member of the Titans to help break down our LB huddle as the 49ers take on the Packers in the playoffs.
Kyle has his flaws for sure and a part of me worries about the fact that we haven't broken through with him yet that it may come a time to move on, only to watch him eliminate more of those flaws and get it done repeatedly for another team.
But I still see a guy whose team keeps fighting for him, a team that is still buying what he's got to say and I see a guy who is willing to grow from his mistakes.
My biggest concern with Kyle is the draft. We need to get some homeruns before it's too late. But I loved reading the article about how different he coached this year and the fact that we had the results that we did is a really good thing IMO. Just need it to come together soon. I'm dying to see us hoist a Lombardi again.
