He's AWFUL in the draft. Spotty free agency. Horrible extensions of contracts internally. Catastrophic trades. Other than that he's great at player personnel.

Into what? We've been a run heavy offense for years. Couldn't do s**t there so we became a top 10 passing offense with multiple skilled players and QBs having to take on bigger roles.
