They're almost fully healthy and clearly well rested and playing at home. So what constitutes a choke with those expectations?

I would like us to put up more than three points?

Not a choke if they don't necessarily though. Seattle is really good defensively.

A choke would be the Rams only putting up 3 on Chicago.

So if they score 6 you're good lol?

I guess another 3 point showing would absolutely be incredibly disappointing but is it a choke given it just happened at home 2 weeks prior?

I agree he's one of the best. He's just constantly tripping over anything that goes beyond him scheming his offense. Even kicking that extra point that pinero missed was the wrong decision. Should've tried to go up by 6 so that Elliot would have to make the extra point in the wind to win it. Going up by 5 wouldn't have done anything

I've never asked for his firing, I just beg for him to be more of HC than a OC, but it still hasn't happened and we're 10 years in. I'm not saying we can't win with all scheme and a refusal to focus on details like situational strategy, but the lack of coaching seems like a hurdle that will always be there with Kyle, and that's frustrating when we're supposed to have the premier coaching genius according to the media

I kind of thought the same thing in real time. Actually before we even scored i played out that scenario and thought 2 were the better option for the reason you suggested.

Gotta disagree. I think the XP was clearly the easy decision there.

You make it a 24 to 19 game with just under 3 minutes left and you're giving yourself a chance to WIN the game with a FG if the Eagles score a TD.

Going up 6 vs 5 makes no difference in that Eagles need a TD regardless. But odds of making an XP are typically higher than making a 2pt attempt, especially vs a defense like that. We're lucky we held them but in case of them being able to get their TD winning with a FG > tying with a FG.
Kyle speaks in an hour. Dying to hear the injury report…

I don't think anybody questions Kyle's scheming, you just have to separate it from his coaching. Still some things that need to be cleaned up, and it's on Kyle if we don't get it figured out imo. 2 min offense still clunky after all these years. The operation is sloppy for some reason and we're rushed at the line too often. Bourne doesn't help, but Kyle is the one that brought him in and has him out there because he's a vet. The guy wasn't even set on the game winner. These are the kind of details Kyle always eventually trips over

He's one of the best coaches in the league. Again folks say this or that regarding his "missteps" yet don't apply that to every other HC in the league.

I don't really ever see a HC call a clean game with perfect operations down to down for 4QRS…..whether ya'll like it or not, the HC is pretty dependent of his players. You think Bourne not lining up properly is a coach thing? Guy has been playing football for most of his life. Players are allowed to be held accountable. Folks in here have been going off on Kyle for years about any sort of penalty, like it's just a coaching thing….one of the least penalized teams in the league, with one of the most movement roster wise. Not a peep about that his yr

... and this is why the word GREAT should not be associated up to this point..

I guess that MATH class at TEXAS was not all that..

Pros and cons to every decision, but if we miss the 2 PT and then

I think the possibility of a game winning kick is what drove the decision to not go for two, but who knows.

TRUE TOO... guess doesn't matter now..

It totally blows we lost Kittle

Where the hell would we be if CMC didn't come back? But SEA stopped our run pretty well last time?..We got stuffed.

Having Trent this time is our main hope here. And Ricky..but I don't expect him to play?

Oh I agree, overall not a great gamelan and we needed better qb play on top of it.

can't have any TOs and we're gonna need Brock to use his feet.

if they can beat Seattle in Seattle I don't see why they couldn't win the whole damn thing.

I watched for like ten seconds and already saw how I would have biffed it a dozen different ways.
