Thats pretty much the motto around these parts. When we win, Kyle is a genius ! When we lose, it's because someone ELSE not named Kyle did it…

And you? If we win we got lucky or someone else bailed Kyle out, and if we lose it's all Kyle's fault, right? The fact that you can't appreciate the magnitude and impact of these injuries makes it clear that you are not here in good faith.

The general consensus around the league is that the Niners have seriously overachieved during an injury-riddled/rebuilding year mainly due to coaching - And what do you have to say about that? "The schedule was easy". These are simply disingenuous and bad faith takes.

Or our schedule was easy where we played inferior teams even with our amount of injuries AND Kyle called good plays AND CMC played out of his mind and carried our entire offense.

But our 3-4 record vs the 5 playoff calibre teams speaks volumes.

This is a middle of the pack team even when healthy that gets a little boost from our coaches. We should beat the weaker teams but there is a clear disparity vs the good teams. Especially when we play a team with an attacking front 7.

And what was the consensus in 2023 ?

I mean we've won 12 games this yr despite the injuries.

Yes, I realize that. It's all you guys say.

We played 5 quality opponents all year and had a 3-4 record vs them.

Rams x 2
Seattle x 2
Jacksonville
Houston
Chicago

In all the other games we played Spencer Rattler, Kyler Murray, Baker Mayfield, Michael Penix, Jaxon Dart, Jacoby Brissett, Bryce Young, Shedeur Sanders, Cam Ward, Phillip Rivers and Caleb Williams.

Not exactly a murderers row of starting QBs. And even half those mediocre QBs ate up this subpar D of ours.

Kyle haters are insane lol. Dude is easily top 5 in the game and I don't know if I'd take anyone else over him.

Top 5 what? Shouldn't a coach who is top 5 in the league have a Championship?

He's had 4 cracks at it and lost all 4.

Our only losses:

JAX who is arguably the best team in the AFC right now. Purdy's first game back from the toe injury which we now know he came back too early from. Not a bad loss at all and we cut it to a 3 point game in the 3rd Quarter.

TB without Purdy. Warner also got injured early on in the game and it clearly sucked the life out of the team. Not a bad loss at all.

HOU without Purdy. Against arguably the best defense in the NFL. HOU is really good. No shame in that.

LAR without Purdy. Divisional game without few key starters. Again no shame in that loss.

SEA at home without Trent and Pearsall. It was our 3rd game in 13 days! Short rest for the 2nd straight week and against arguably a top 3 defense in the game.

If yo sit back and look at it, damn we really didnt have a bad loss and we are pretty f@cking good with a healthy Purdy.

I don't think you could call this team, even with its injuries, a middle of the pack squad. That's bogus. This offense (when healthy) may be the best in the game and the only other team close is LA.

lol at your casual fan logic. youre either bad at maths or just making dumb posts for the sake of making dumb posts.

he had 4 cracks at the NFC championship and won two of them. he's only had TWO cracks at the NFL championship.

Top 5 play caller yes. Top 5 HC? That's debatable. Is he any better of a head coach than these guys?

Andy Reid
Sean McVay
Nick Siriani
Sean Payton
Mike Vrabel
Mike McDonald
Demeco Ryans
Jim Harbaugh
Dan Campbell
Mike Tomlin
Ben Johnson
Liam Cohen
Dave Canales

Hell if we need a fresh start I'd take Jim Harbaugh in a heartbeat.

Move the goal posts as much as you want. It still doesn't change the fact that he has lost when it matters.

Do you comprehend how hard it is to get to a Super Bowl, let alone win one? You think Siriani is a better HC than Kyle because he won a SB? That's BS. Just because he won a Super Bowl don't mean sh!t.

Good luck finding a better HC out on the open market after you chase Kyle off. This stuff is comical.

Dude he's better than all of them. Yes even Andy Reid in my opinion. You would've been calling Reid a bust before he got Mahomes.

This explains everything that needs to be said.

Super Bowls don't mean sh!t. #facepalm

You're an idiot. By your logic Brad Johnson is a better QB than Dan Marino solely because he won a SB.

Yeah ok bud.

What has Shanahan accomplished aside from losing two Super Bowls and two NFCC games that the other guys haven't since Super Bowls don't matter?

That is absolutely his logic. He has said as much
