did Kap learn behind Brady for 3 years?

Ryan Mallett did and he's still a big jerk.

so did scrubs Hoyer and Cassel

not 3 years
Kap did learn how to game manage behind the master though.

I have a feeling Kyle and Jimmy connection will add nothing but more glory to this franchise. Dam i still cant believe we finally have our franchise QB coupled with an offensive genius like Kyle.

It's going to be a very good pairing. Hopefully it will be sorta like Walsh and Montana, Noll and Bradshaw, Shula and Griese, and Landry and Staubach.

They need to get to the SB and win it doe

I am happier with Garoppolo than I would be with Kaepernick or Alex but I see no need to bash either to make JG look better, it is unnecessary.
Jed screwed up the Harbaugh situation completely but I am happy to have Shanahan at this point instead of Harbaugh. I don't need to prop up Shanahan by trashing Harbaugh, it is unnecessary and lame considering Shanahan's win % at this point.
Baalke sucked, I didn't like the internal promotion at the time he was hired and I never bought into the Top 5 GM hype but i don't need to bash him to make Lynch look better. I am happy to have Lynch.

The question marks that remain in the FO are Jed and Paraag and I am skeptical about them being able to not screw this up but am hopeful.

Garoppolo is good because he is a good QB. He and Rogers might have benefited from sitting behind great QBs but Favre and Brady didn't make them good QBs.

They have a better shot at winning it now with Grap. Kaepernick, I'm still a big fan of his, with the personnel he had under Baalke, would never have had another chance at the Big Dance. I'm a big fan of Harbaugh too. I think he has great coaching instincts, but his X's and O'x schemes need more work. The other criticism I have of Harbaugh is his interpersonal and political skills. Kyle is way more saavey. He basically said I want total control, and Jed gave it to him, that's being smart and saavey with the leverage he had.

Harbaugh never took the time to schmooze with Jed because he was utterly focused on winning. Which was what he should have done. But he made some false steps along the way that did him in and soured his personal relationship with the owner. Personally, I think he should have gone out of his way to develop a personal relationship with Jed the way he developed personal relationships with his players. That would have gone a long way to winning the power struggle between him and Baalke. I think if there is a Harbaugh weakness, it's in the inter-personal arena with owners and college administrators. If he ever wants to get back into the NFL, he has to have total control. Anything less than that would not work with his type A personality.

Kyle doesn't have Harbaugh's success, but I think he'll work with Jed and he's set the right tone with the whole organization. He's in charge. Nobody else is. He's only accountable to Jed. I also think Jed and Kyle are getting along a lot better than Jed and Harbaugh did. Well, at least so far. We'll see in the next season's whether that remains so. Also the other positive is there is no more Baalke. That's a big deal in my opinion.

I don't think its bashing when pointing out key differences between them. Some people might be but its clear that Garoppolo is a lot more comfortable in the pocket and is more proficient at reading defenses and moving through his progressions than any 49ers QB going back to at least Garcia.

I'm happy for whatever success previous QB's might have had but really happy to see a guy who can potentially be a top NFL quarterback in a WCO once more. It just feels right.
