Just go away and stick to the Rams forum.

Ohh there it is again. Guys don't have your opinion about how anything 49er related can't possibly be wrong so they are a fan of another team. Got it.

You do know that fans CAN criticize and not like certain players or coaches and that doesn't make them any less of a fan than you.

The problem is when the same people come in with idiotic takes and they talk in circles when their trash narratives are questioned with logic.

drell has to move the goal posts because he argues in bad faith. That's why people call him a Rams fan. His own logic is painting Kyle as the better HC so then he just reverts back to the "well McVay won a SB and Kyle didn't"

Even you are basically defending Kyle as the coach.

Not that I care because I'm not sensitive like others, but isn't that the definition of "inciting" in this forum ? You send me a PM almost every week about how I'm on the brink of getting a TO because I hurt someone's feelings or other posters are getting upset on my takes, but when they do it to some of us your response is "well you guys deserve it because of your idiotic takes". Love the hypocrisy…

There's no hypocrisy, your takes on here are what's being attacked. You're lucky you get those PMs and not actual timeouts so maybe respond to them if you have an issue instead of bringing it here.

It's true. You've done it to me too.

Who cares what his "takes" are. This is a message board and someone is free to say anything they want as long as they keep it between the lines no? Getting warnings, timeouts or even bans is absurd if all the guy did was have a different opinion.

Guys in here can say whatever they want, any insults at all and it's brushed under the rug because they all say the same thing but as soon as someone with different opinions does the same they get warnings or a "time out"

It's 💯 hypocritical.

You have no idea what the PMs were about. Every few weeks you guys start crying in here instead of responding to PMs if you have issues. There is an easy way to get a hold of all mods if you have a problem with me.

But since you two like to air this stuff out in public then I'll address this again.

This is a 49ers forum. Our job is to keep conversations going without restricting opinions good or bad. However the majority of the people posting here are 49er fans. So while nobody is expected to believe the team can do no wrong IF a negative opinion is made about the team the expectation is to add context, facts and/or proof to the statement/opinion being made.

If you provide that it leads to good discussion. If people come in to just post about things that are straight up lies or make ridiculous takes with nothing of substance or logic behind them that typically leads to people getting worked up.

I don't want to have to give fans who love this team timeouts or warnings because they couldn't help themselves respond to a throwaway comment that had nothing to it.

So yes...if you're going to make negative points the expectation is you have substance behind it otherwise I'll just start assuming people are trolling and looking to incite the majority of this forum.

And lastly...we don't broadcast who gets warnings or timeouts. You thinking that people can say whatever as long as they support the team is simply not the case. Personally I've had to give out more warnings to posters I agree with than you guys. Partly because they're responding to those nonsense posts...

Proof ?

It was a joke
Mike McDaniel now fired.

I remember early in 2022 when half this site was saying he was the real genius and Kyle was getting exposed without him. Good times.

OConnell and Quinn were better just last year. Lafleur before that. Now apparently Cohen has passed Kyle too. Rinse and repeat.

Bring him back as OC. His plays were creative.

The absolute gushing over O'Connell and O'Connell > Kyle chanting last season and then the absolute radio silence of those same people this season desperately trying to pretend they never liked him is absolutely hilarious.

Dumb take — proven wrong—pivot to new dumb take—proven wrong—get upset that people think your opinions are 💩

And yes those posts are allowed. Once again this is a 49ers forum. The threads are here to have discussions. As long as personal attacks aren't included we're not going to dish out warnings or timeouts for back and forth interactions.

It's not complicated. Feel free to post any venting you want - just put in your reasoning and make it rational.

12-5 team in the playoffs with impact injuries all over and a take of "These guys should be fired, I'm shocked they have a job still" or your exact wording is not rational in the least bit.

And once again...you didn't get a warning or timeout from me. So what exactly are you crying about?

Now if we can get to Kyle Shanahan that would be great. If you have any more things to discuss with how I or we mod, then send a PM.

Does insulting someone questioning their football knowledge or belittling them because they have a different opinion and saying they should go cheer for another team not count?

Anyways, I don't care. I have my opinions and I will stick to them. Question my knowledge or fandom all you want. It doesn't bother me in the slightest.

What does bother me is the preferential treatment of posters. But it is what it is. That's how it goes with mob mentality where everyone is so desperate to fit in and 'different' if not accepted.

Back on topic:

All I hear is 12-5. Yes, that's great and wonderful when we are about to get stomped by the Eagles.

I don't put a lot of credit into this record considering we have played 5 playoff calibre teams and have a 3-4 record vs them and all the rest of the teams we played had average to below average QBs

So I don't really care about the 12-5 record because there isn't a lot of substance to it. I knew coming into the year we had a cake walk schedule and was very critical of Lynch for gutting the team and not going all in one last time when we had a home Super Bowl.

As for why I wonder how these guys have a job well it's been pointed out countless times the massive mistakes they have made. Two Super Bowl losses, 2 NFCCG loses, Drafting Solomon Thomas, trading Buckner and taking Kinlaw, passing on Brady for Garrapolo, the Lance trade, multiple draft busts, resigning Aiuyk instead of taking the Steelers trade and now 95 mil in dead money with a top heavy, aging and injury prone team.

The mistakes they have made gives me no hope they will be able to rebuild it again.

These aren't some little mistakes that get shoved under the rug. No other team has even close to this amount of MASSIVE failures and the Lance trade alone would be enough to get most GM's fired.

A 12-5 record vs inferior teams this year does not erase all the massive mistakes these guys have made.

So much for the "Shanahan coaching tree"
Steelers weren't offering anything of value. They agreed to trades with Cleveland and New England that Aiyuk shot down.

Always great that when the 9ers win its always luck while when everyone else wins it's great coaching and talent.

Dear Sask ^^^I'm not going to quote the entire thing, but it is sometimes OK to sweep things under the rug when we've had the amount of success that we've had. If we made those mistakes and had no NFCCG appearances and no SB appearances, then I would be worried. I think the gripe with you and Dr Ell is that no matter how close Shanahan gets, he will never win the big one. It's ok to have that opinion. I look at it differently. Keep taking big swings and they will kick down the door eventually. I don't understand the negativity when the other option is to look at the glass half full. Our lives our short. You probably spent 5-7 mins writing that long post. I already spent 2. I choose to look at this team and coach in a positive light.
