How many titles did Mooch win?
He was a winner before the Yorks destroyed this team.

Only last season did we not make the playoffs
This is our fifth playoff run since Kyle took over in 2017. That's 5/8 years with four NFCCG and two Super Bowls. That alone makes him a top five coach in this league minimum top ten
Career record 82-67
Made the playoffs in 5 out of 9 years.
1-40 career record when trailing in the 4th quarter
2017: 6-10
2018: 4-12
2019: 13-3 Lost in SB to KC
2020: 6-10
2021: 10-7 Lost NFCCG to LA
2022: 13-4 Lost in NFCCG to Philly
2023: 12-5 Lost in SB to KC
2024: 6-11
2025: 12-5 TBD
How's it feel to b***h to strangers on the internet and have zero effect on what you're b***hing about?
Who's b***hing? I like Shanahan. As long as he sticks to coaching and never makes another personnel decision ever again.
It's the GM or whoever makes the personnel decisions that needs to go.

Wish someone could find the tweet which provides some context on the "1-40 record when trailing in the 4th".
Turns out it's a universal difficult situation for teams to come back from. The post (I believe it was a tweet) showed records for other coaches, and it appears Shanahan is not in a bad spot.

You about John Lynch constantly
Well ya. Shouldn't we all be? This roster we have is so dependant on aging stars with not a whole lot of future when they leave

MOOCH sucked !! he had the best team in the NFL 3x and he did not know how to win... even w/the collection of Superstars he still could not win..
the only highlight I remembered under Mooch was the 7 OT when he was at CAL.

Oh look more regular season celebrations. That's why Kyle's supporters think he's better than McVay. McVay beats him in the NFCC and follows it up with a SB. Kyle fans say Kyle is better because he beat him more times in the regular season…
A real coach like McVay wouldve told Tartt to catch the ball
Or maybe….
Maybe because they were unable to pick up 1 yard on 2 downs before that? It's a 3 point game. You don't make it and they're in FG range with like 2 first downs.
The fact that we were in that game with Elijah Mitchell as our RB1(how's he doing these days?) and a broken down Jimmy G at QB and going up against that Rams super squad and you're over here acting like that was a slam dunk decision to go for it...
In other words, not Shanahan's fault.
I didn't say that. I personally wanted him to go for it but I also understand why he didn't given the situation.
That's the difference. I can call out Kyle based on my own feelings but then step back and try to understand the situation and analyze based on that. I hated the run with Juice call on 3rd down.
But anyone being objective and taking into account who was playing for each team the simple fact that the 49ers were IN that game is a major feather in Shanahan's cap. Meanwhile you're ignoring every player mistake and lucky bounce for the Rams(a team with a TON more talent and a major QB advantage in that game) and choosing to say McVay was the better coach simply cuz his team won.
Forget that Garoppolo, already a way worse QB than Matt Stafford, was playing with two injuries. Forget that the 49ers were missing their starting RT against a DL with elite pass rushers on it. None of that matters to you.
That's why you come off like a troll. Some people have differences of opinion but at least they look at the facts and details of each game. Nope, to you it's simple. McVay won that day = better HC. Shanahan lost that day = worse HC.
Forget the fact that 49ers were injury depleted and not as talented as critical positions. Forget that Shanahan won both Rams games in the regular season, including last week of the season to GET into the playoffs. A game where the Rams were up 17-0 btw.

Nope doesn't matter. Trolls gonna troll.
McVay IS a better coach than Kyle Shanahan. That's not even a debate…
