Kyle has unrealistic expectations for them and folks won't apply those same expectations to all the other HCs in the NFL

Exactly right. Blind eyes to the crazy decisions elsewhere. Add to it calling that hook and lateral that lost you 10 seconds easy instead of getting out of bounds.

McDermott gets criticized for going for 2 when the play was there and his all world QB missed it. Coaches can only do so much.

Well you see John Harbaugh started a QB that old football heads said wasn't a QB that he was a RB playing QB. Therefore what he did got him the award. Honestly doubt Kyle gives a s**t about the award though so who cares.

Dont think he does either but the man deserves his credit. Has top tier offenses at four different stops, produced with QBs ranging from Mullens to MVP Ryan, all kinds of running backs. Its really quite a career. He just needs his cherry on top (the Super Bowl).

He outsmarted himself (just like some on the forum wanted Jauan to not score the TD).

In McDonald's case.. you are down more than a FG. You make sure you get that TD first and foremost! Don't worry about using up a perfect amount of time.

He didn't learn from his Lions days. I'm not sure if it's him or Campbell who screwed their young team against us in the playoffs. Passing up on FGs to go for it on 4th down, as if it were the regular season.

So yeah as much as I like Johnson (and I wanted him here), I'd call him out as well. We'll see if he'll learn from this, that luckily for him...happened in the regular season.
