49ers Head Coach Kyle Shanahan Thread

I'm just annoyed with the constant nonsense in this thread. Dude has been killing it this yr…instead of just admitting that, we got the same Goof Troop doubling down with crap takes.

I know Montana isn't part of that club, just apply that same energy you have for Brock to the HC.

Lol....naaa hahaha

Na man, fr though, have always thought Shanny and Brock are like the perfect marriage from the get-go but with any marriage, there are some rough patches lol

Kyle is the scheme wizard, Brock the processing and accuracy wizard..(with the occasional int lol).

Let's get the Six

Harbaugh is overrated, Kyle is better than him all day every day. I will say Kap made him look better though sns

Still can't forgive Harbaugh for that inexplicable final drive of SB 47. 49ers winning that game would have been up there with the 28-3 SB that followed a few years later.

I don't even like to talk about it

I had a terrible Ravens fan go up all in my face say, "That's gotta hurt!" With their horrible, purple glitter ensemble lol.. the only reason I didn't talk crap back was, there was a pastor right there in the chair next to us lol. All I said was, "Good thing there is a pastor here..cause if he wasn't.." Lol and they both just laughed. With me totally deflated. Pastor is a Dolphins fan though..so, I would give him just as hard of a time as he did me lol.

To heck with H lol

I wonder if we would still have Harbaugh as coach....

I feel like the friction between him and Baalke and York would have caused things to implode eventually no matter what.

Would Kap still have been exiled...? Lol

If he could pick OCs as good as he does DCs he wouldn't be. Alas Jessie Minter won't be able to carry Jim to a SB title on his own.

This is the same debate about criticism that happens in the quarterback thread, but some posters have traded places.

QBs go through ups and downs. They all do. Theres also defenders trying to stop them

For Kyle there's absolutely zero reason for him to still be making the boneheaded decisions that he makes. Dudes been our HC for 10 years now. Is he ever going to learn?
There aren't many coaches who I look at as the main reason for losing a SB, but Kyle is on that list twice. Sorry if I'm concerned with our coach making FOUR different mistakes in one game. No defenders trying to stop him, he just makes dumb moves for no reason. I'm not trying to lose another SB because our coach still cant make the right decisions

I'd rather see another Kyle Williams fiasco than watch our coach of 10 years lose another one because he can't be bothered to learn about clock management or get somebody to help him with challenges

Maybe let's just take it one game at a time? Lol

This has been a problem for a long time. I expect better from a guy that everybody claims is a genius. If he is then this shouldn't still be happening. I have more leniency/respect for guys on the field messing up when they're going full speed and making split second decisions against top level competition

With Kyle it just seems to be a lack of caring. It's the same crap over and over with this genius. Let's pray we have no close games in the postseason, because Kyle can't be trusted situationally (remember Aiyuk saying he didn't even know what play to call during a gwd?) and that is beyond frustrating for me when we're almost a decade into this dudes coaching tenure

Some people here definitely didn't get what they wanted on Xmas lol...

meanwhile, Kyle is setting positive records regarding not punting - Kyle's biggest imposter is setting new lows regarding that record. "Lol
