Your Rams lost to the Panthers and Seahawks lmao
Hahaha
bro would be having a hissy fit if Kyle did what McVay did last night. Total meltdown trigger fest
The issue is that Kyle HAS done it…..multiple times….in more important games. So there's that to consider…
He blew a 16-point lead in a SB?
Wait hang on…
He blew multiple 16-point leads in the 4th quarter of SB's?
Pretty sure he has not.

If his team wins a SB this year, that just cements the narrative agreed upon in most circles. If Kyle can win a SB with this current roster, then I'm sure even 'naysayers' like myself will concede and the entire debate surrounding Kyle will become moot.
McVay scored 3pts in a SB and needed a HOF QB to win one.
If you think guys like Doug Peterson, Bruce Arians, Nick Sirianni etc are better all around HCs, I'll disagree all day. I think Bruce is the best of those guys, but again needed the goat to win it.
the idea that winning one more game makes you good or bad is dumb, zero nuance lazy takes to backup a narrative. If Kyle wins a SB here at some point, you'll find something else to whine about with him…because never ever will you admit you're wrong about this.
NOW back to the EPIC meltdown from McVay in a MASSIVE game…30-14 with 8 mins left?! Holy s**t the trigger fest you and the couple Kyle haters in here would be next level if that was Kyle!

I will gladly pile on cuz of how ridiculous some of his worshipers ON HERE have been. And the simple fact that he's coaching a very talented and healthy division rival and I'm jealous...BUT I have to admit I really like McVay and thought his handling of the Puka stuff after the game was really great coaching.
Took accountability for him being a dumbass but pointed out he's a kid and they're going to prop him up, educate him and support him while also mentioning the good he did in the game. It was really impressive stuff.
Having said that...I can only imagine what kind of garbage would be flung Shanahan's way if we blew a game like that.
You absolutely hit the nail on the head with your opening sentence.
Normally I wouldn't care THAT much because we didn't even play, but there was so much Rams worshipping on this board it was absolutely embarrassing. The vocal crowd on here was crowning them champions already last month just because they blew out a Bucs team that is clearly falling apart after their bye and a completely different team from before their bye. I even read one post that said "why isn't the media giving the Rams enough credit??" like are you f'ing kidding me?? They're a LOS ANGELES TEAM and they're in the top 3 of every single power ranking they ALREADY get a ton of publicity!
Heck they were just crowning them on Sunday for beating the Lions.
Interesting that these McVay worshippers are so quiet after last night. They only ever have anything to say at all on here when the Rams have a good game.

Where did we leave off on this? I think I missed it.

Ok. Give me one example of someone celebrating losing the SB as a crowning achievement. I'm tired of you spamming the board with this garbage. If you can find it then you can keep going.
If you can't then you take a break. How's that sound?
DrEll,
I'm still waiting.
...Still waiting. Seems like you keep missing this one somehow.
Why are you trying to bait posters into TOs or bans ?
Bait you? You literally posted something. I'm asking you to provide a single instance of someone doing what you claimed FANS(plural of fan, meaning more than one).
So either you provide the proof of a single person doing that or you admit you were saying outrageous stuff to get a reaction and this will serve as your warning not to do that again. As I said, this is not your first time making those types of posts. Which means UNLESS you have proof of someone doing it. You continue to spread things that aren't true. Which to me is either inciting other fans here or spam. You pick.

McVay choking away a Week 16 regular season game (I agree it was a massive choke job) is totally comparable to Shanny choking away two Super Bowls. Absolutely

...so we couldn't score a TD on a drawn up play which 2 receivers were open for sure TDs but you think we could've simply scored a TD and then converted a 2pt conversion vs the #2 defense in the NFL that year coached by one of the best DC's in the game?
SB rules don't allow for a tie btw. Seattle needed to win the game a tie wouldn't help them. There was less than 4 minutes left on the clock. Had they tied it up odds are they lose that game or it ends in a tie.
If you're going to compare then do it right.

Epic meltdown is an understatement. It's extremely rare to see a good team blow a 16 point lead in the 4th quarter. Everything had to fall the Seahawks's way for it to happen. Seattle won the coin toss in OT and elected to kick which worked out well for them. Same thing Kyle has been ripped for over and over when he did this in the SB

No. Just 10. With a half quarter left in the game.

Could have, should have, would have . . . no good going back. I am giving Kyle credit for this year, he has done a terrific job giving the situation and in my opinion, should get coach of the year for it. The schedule has helped but Kyle himself has done an excellent job this year. Not perfect, nobody is. Let's see how he handles the next 3 games and then the playofffs.

I will be so disappointed if this team doesn't come out Monday Night and make a statement.

McVay went out and aggressively pursued that HOF quarterback. Kyle traded 3 first round picks for a bust. Also stuck with JimmyG for an extended period of time when he could've done better. Passed over guys like a Mahomes for Kirk Cousins. We can downplay McVay's success all we want, but the reality is McVay has done a much better job putting a team together than Kyle has. McVay lost a SB, learned from his mistakes, then went onto win another one and possibly has his team poised to win another. Kyle lost a SB, then lost another to the same team.
I don't care much for Pederson or Arians. But Sirriani did win one with a lesser non HOF QB. And yes I know everyone will point toward the GM for their success but coach gets credit for that monster game plan against KC that put them out of their misery before you could blink. Same coach that lost to that same team 2 years prior, but learned from their mistakes and adjusted. We didn't.
