"It almost feels as if Kyle Shanahan already has a lifetime contract. Shanahan almost assuredly will become the longest-tenured coach in franchise history. And while nothing lasts forever, it is difficult to envision this union having an expiration date." — Matt Maiocco pic.twitter.com/IXwaIpCJap

Only stupid idiots aren't happy to have Shanahan.
Hopefully, he will be the Niners HC for a long time.
What he has done so far this season with Saleh is outstanding.

For hemorrhoids?
But really, as long as you guys keep saying "who are you gonna replace him with, who's better"…..you're going to keep being right.
Eventually that will end, hopefully he's won a championship by then.

There has been nobody in here who has been able to give clear reason why Shanahan isn't the best option for the team moving forward.
The whole "he didn't win a SB" thing doesn't fly so well when the replacements people have in mind also haven't won a SB…
Unless the replacements are guys like Mike McCarthy or Doug Pederson or Bill Belichick…
The best HC in the NFL right now is the same guy Eagles fans wanted to push out the door. Sure they won 2 SBs after he left but in no way shape or form is Pederson or Sirianni better coaches than Reid. Took them having a loaded roster top to bottom to get it done and terrific coordinators on top of it.
