Yes i know that Sports is different then real world... In what Industry do you get awarded a 6 year bid/contract to finish the job and dont finish it. going on year 9 still employed

* Worst special teams in the league
* Most injured team in the league
* QB is the is not the most athletic or strongest guy but can run his system and that's what he likes
* Often can't keep a lead
* Doesn't come from behind very much
I just don't think you can win like this.

He believes his shifts, motions and trick plays can overcome it all. Really think we need to move on from Shany before we ever win a Super Bowl. Just don't see it happening with him. There is no way.
