Hurts to see that. KC beat the 49ers twice in the SB. Eagles in the NFCCG. Baltimore in the SB. Seattle in the NFCCG. LAR in the NFCCG. Only team missing that knocked us out since 2010 was the Giants in 2011.

We really should have had at least 1 SB in the Harbaugh era and 2 SBs in the KS era.

Sucks even more knowing that we're the only team on that list to have not won a super bowl during that period 😭

Mina Kimes & Ryan Clark put the Niners at #15. I feel like this will be where most of the outlets stick us in the offseason power rankings.

I think we are better than that. We improved the defensive front 7 a lot in the draft. No way the team can possibly be as injured as last year. Can it? Seems impossible. So that has to be better. They ignored the offensive line as per usual. But other areas improved and got younger which should be more healthy. Purdy is underrated. Still have Kittle, TW, Aiyuk, Jennings, CMC. McKivitz improved and is a little underrated. The weak schedule will help.

It's a conservative and careful ranking based on the debacle of last season. More things should go right for us this year. Probably we are 10 - 12 best. Something like that. I don't see us as top 5. As we lost a lot on age, injuries, FA departures, missed draft picks over the years. We did have a real good draft in some ways IMO. At least if you wanted to fix the defensive front 7 which had declined. Some secondary speed and WR speed too. We just need offensive line next year and we could be looking at top 5 - 7 team in 2026.

Mina Kimes, what does she know about ball ??!?!

Jeff was right

Isiah World - OT - Oregon - 6'8" 312 lbs. Projected in this mock to us in the 2026 draft. Trent Williams eventual replacement. He would start on the right side. Then shift left when Williams retires. I could live with that. But you know our record picking offensive linemen.

He went to Lincoln High School in San Diego. Which is a little bit of a tough neighborhood. But sometimes has some good athletes. Then Nevada Wolfpack and eventual transfer to Oregon.

I would be on board with this pick.

Tankathon has him also. LOL. Will Shany get the memo? That we need offensive line.
