Conflicting criticism is fine, but what you got here is Shanahan Is Wrong No Matter What He Chooses To Do.

Which is par for the course with almost any fan base.

Yep each fan base has their dumb fans.

I agree — the fans who believe we need to fire Kyle and expect a random college dude to win us a Super Bowl are quite interesting!

or want a coach who goes for it every 4th down

Would you settle for 1 out of 5? Better than almost never and maybe try to make some deep plays with time running out in the quarter instead of content to let the clock run out.

I do not want a new coach but this guy is not perfect either. It is just a little frustrating to see a team like the Eagles who have been putting together a squad for less time than this current regime walk away with the ultimate. You don't win it all playing conservative. Not in todays NFL.

1 of 5 turns into almost never if you keep repeating the sequence.. so are you ok with 1/5 ?

how many deep plays do you want if you can't complete or get anything out of the first attempt. not all end of half drives are black and white.

as for perfection, you are asking for perfection of Kyle and the eagles have multiple guys on the roster thats been there longer than Siri has.

Not sure why some think SBs are easy, it took all of NFL fans/players/TV shows/media to take away KCs best player.. The refs.. for the eagles to win

Eagles were in the SB 2 years prior and happened to have the draft and free agency fall perfectly for them and even then they still had a major miss with the Bryce Huff signing.

Where the Eagles got us is the health department. One of the healthiest teams in the big dance and it showed up on tape. But that's how the cookie crumbles.

They got a weaker KC team who played one of their sloppiest games in ages. We got the KC team that had the ball bounce their way(literally) on multiple offseasons.

It's very frustrating to look back and know how easily really both SBs could've swung our way to a win had we seen even just the officiating we saw this past SB or if the Chiefs had their protection issues and drops show up late in our games.

The officiating swung to the center because NFL Officiating was trending on social for 2 weeks + public pressure that made the NFL even make a press release about it.

What the Eagles proved is you have to make it too big to rig. (refs tried on that flimsy ass O pass interference ala Kittle.)

They corrected for that call real quick and kept the Eagles drive alive when it was still a tie game I think with the even worse roughing call.

And honestly I felt the OPI call on Brown wasn't as crazy as they made it seem.

yeah it wasn't crazy but it was their last gasp at controlling the game. Feels like it ended there.

Kittles was just a gross misrepresentation of the rule. (arm was not fully extended)

You gotta do better Kyle.

lol this.

their true bias really shines through with they constantly contradict themselves

That came down to team health.
Otherwise the 9ers could have made another run last year.
I see neither McVay or the GM are going to the combine. Wow they should be fired!

also I don't see Tomlin, LaFleur or Jim Harbaugh scheduled to talk (which might mean they're not going)
