I agree wholeheartedly. I'm happy to have Kyle as our coach. I also am happy to concede we'll never win a superbowl with him as our coach

In 2nd halves of Super Bowls (5 qtrs) Kyle's offenses have only scored 29pts
29pts in 5qtrs in the most important parts in the games. With amazing weapons all over to attack with..
7pts vs Pats
10pts vs Chiefs (0 in the 4th QTR)
12pts in 3qtrs vs the Chiefs

I still don't get why he took the ball first in OT. Just mind boggling decisions.

I'm not sure many are saying fire him. I'm not saying that. But I'm criticizing his lack of crunch time management. It's really really bad, and he hasn't seemed to learn from his past. I appreciate all the successes of getting to the Super Bowl, but it's tough watching a guy make the same mistakes over and over again

3 great defenses is also a corollary there.

And this is why you lose.

Bro if another team had all these weapons and that production we'd be laughing them out

If Kyle calls CMCs name too many times especially out of the half and we lose then fair enough.
We lose behind the Offensive play of the year.
But to not run CMC on two series out of half time is inexcusable.

Exactly. Just a horrible strategy

For all the shanahan ball lickers:
this is the best roster he will ever have. The best roster almost any coach has had really. And he didn't win with them.

He explained it. They wanted the ball first if it reached sudden death rules (tied after both possessions).

Good coaches don't grow on trees. Harbaugh got fired and it was downhill for the 49ers.
Kyle will win a SB, it takes time, QB, Oline, defense, it's ok. Lots of coaches start early and win later.
Kyle is here to stay, and Yorks won't fire anyone after making NFCCG almost every year and two SB appearances.
Job not done, but will get done. Patience pays.

Or he could be stuck in purgatory forever. Getting close but never there.
I'd rather keep going with guy who's young, hungry and has shown he's willing to adjust his strategies as the league changes. You knock at the door over and over and the ball will likely bounce your way eventually. Reid is proof of this. Shanahan went up against Mahomes twice and lost. This time as narrowly as possible. Mahomes will be considered the greatest QB of all time when he retires.
The grass is usually far less green on the other side.
If Mahomes was actually difference maker in either of those games you'd have a point but he wasn't.
Mahomes and Jones won those games, IMO. Made the key plays.
If not for Shannahans failures they wouldn't have been in position to win those games in the first place.
