With all the talent we have, it'd be a major question mark of why we can't win it. But whenever these discussions happen, I'm always like "Who would you replace Shanahan with?"
You never know if a great HC is going to be Marty Schottenheimer or Bill Cowher.
Winning the big one has far to do with players than coaching by and large.
