Yup. He just does things at a much higher level than the previous guys. That's what the offense needed more than anything.

No question about that. Granted he didn't have 2 unblocked defenders running free at him on those two TD's but if he did, he's faaaaar more likely to escape it and still make a play. That processing speed and mobility to the right spots has been enormous for making the designs that much better.

Keep in mind, both play sides were beaten by their defense/scheme.

Deebo and Aiyuk both fell a bit. More beaten by circumstance.

Defense gets paid too. Which is why you need to go through progressions. Someone will get open.

The question is, does DAL even have the LB's and S's to stay in man and have the success that NO's had? The other thing is, Purdy isn't the statue in the pocket that Jimmy is and Purdy will actually make them pay if DAL sells out to stop the run.

Purdy could also get some big 1st down runs if they sit in man.

Diggs doesn't want any part of Aiyuk in man though. We saw it last year clear as day.

Exactly. Purdy is not a statue and can burn them with his legs. I don't think they have the coverage personnel to line up and play man every down. This is a matchup nightmare for DAL's D any way you look at it. Their only hope in winning this game is forcing it into a shootout.

Remember when J.T. and Warner talked about outlets? Warner suggested making one minor adjustment and moving the RB to the play side, not the back side in the RZ (d/t time constraints and spacing). Now? Baldie just highlighted 2 TD's where BCB had the time (unit PP) AND mobility to squirt out the back end when the play side was covered for easy TD's to his backs. That's huge. For a pure pocket passer there, he's much more reliant on staying with the play side once he chooses it pre snap and praying for great PP and his play side receivers to win.

If the Cowpies bring the edge pressure, screens and QB roll outs (rushing and passing) could be there all day long. A few of those and the rush will slow down dramatically.

I'm being childish but this made me laugh. Haha

I think our o line is going to play great because they seem to rise to the occasion when playing a good d line. Trent will relish the opportunity to shut down Parsons.

Definitely and it's tight down there (that's for you, Tank ).
I don't remember seeing Kyle on the field? No flag? I was sort of buzzed and maybe just missed him. But that's our coach.

Hell yeah that's our coach
Ive given Kyle a lot of s**t this year, and rightfully so. He completely botched the QB situation going back to 2021.
He is getting bailed out by Brock, whos' exceeded everyones expectations.

All that being said....

This has been Kyle's most succesful year as a coach, IMO. Regardless of what happens the rest of the way. What has happened in years past when our QB goes down? The season gets tanked and we miss the playoffs. Not only did that not happen, but he got a 10+ game winning streak going, which is incredible and since Brock has taken over, a lot of Kyle's issues have been minimized as well.

2nd Half Adjustments/Scoring have improved
Game management have improved
Overally quality of playcalling has improved.
QB Development obviously has been improved.

I'm giving Kyle a ton of credit, he's done a great job overall this season. He's come through, I'm proud of to see his progress as a fan.

There are things he could've done better at, but I agree about not giving him s**t. He took a s**t team and should we win Sunday, that's 3 out of 4 NFCCG appearances. Would you make a bet on the Texans being a top 4 NFL team in 3 to 6 years? Its a great coaching job that is only missing the cherry on top, the Super Bowl.

The play calls are definitely working, just need to execute better. With that being said Aiyuk could've had 2-3 more touchdowns and we still dropped 41. I hope we keep this up offensively because I feel like our defense won't give up more than 16-24 pts.
I don't know if you noticed post game when clock struck zero but Shanny walked out there no smile.. grim like he was attending a funeral. Presumably for the Seahawks.

Man on a mission.
