We are just wasting the talent we have now... we are ready to win and little by little we are gonna be back to a sorry team if we don't get rid of Shanny asap..

Ya'll see Kellen Moore? He dialed up a big play and it didn't work. QB hit it, WR dropped it. His reaction he jumped up and down and cracked a smile and thumbs up to the QB. He was saying good job Cooper you hit it. Stuff like that can go a long way in life for anybody. Bring a lil positive energy KS
If there's one thing I know is that people in their jobs need to be coddled especially when making millions of dollars. Really need to treat them like children and just keep up with the positive re-enforcement. Cause constructive criticism is just what mean bullies do
It's really a sign of depression if you never smile and do not find enjoyment in anything anymore. I'd like to think Shanahan is intense and just wants to win on the sideline, but you're right he never smiles. Even after a good play. I wonder if he smiles at halftime. Even his post game speeches after a win seem mundane like he has to do them.

Lance has more rushes (16) than completed passes (15) this season.

Shanahan has been exposed without McDaniel. McDaniel has been with Kyle since forever ...in Washington , Cleveland, Atlanta, SF. Monday night will be an embarassment.

LOL it does lip read that doesn't it.
If he is disgruntled Purdy will be in REAL fast. Players play to win. Simple as that.
Lol that's hilarious. You think Jimmy wants out?
Dang and people said KS wanted to get Trey hurt. What's his deal with Jimmy ?
Here's a new one, he misses Mike M who's going bonkers with Tua in Mia.

Why is that? Was it the 212 yards the Dolphins put up Vs the Bills 497? Was it the 19 minutes of ToP Vs Bills 40 minutes?

Yeah it's kinda reminding me of Philly Vermeil. He ending up leaving and said he was burned out. Did not coach again for a long time. KS looks burned out to me. I admit I have no clue.. it's just my 2 cents as an outside observer.

I said coming into this year, a Kyle burnout was a big fear of mine given he had about 2 weeks off before having to interview, hire and train an entire new staff and had some huge losses too. And then the injuries. Sucks but he does seem burned out already.

Helps when the QB has the courage to make the throw
