How many plays was Deebo lined up as a running back where he didnt get the ball? More than zero?

A lot... until Trey got injured.

I meant last night. Sorry for not stating what I meant.

Ah. I got you. He also had a block out of the back field if I am not mistaken.

I'd be ok with that. He would be missed but the offenelse would be explosive.

Let Lamar Cook?

I'd love to watch Lance grow. I'd hate to watch it at the expense of our core group of guys aging out of their prime.

Can you imagine what he'd be able to do with a guy like this next year leading the offense?

Pretty much zero possibilities, as they'd just franchise tag him.

I hate the toss play to Deebo. I'm worried every time that's hes going to get injured. It's not even worth it at this point. We can't be expecting him to do what he did vs he Hawks often.

How can we get Lamar?

I imagine the NFL could contract and Baltimore could lose their franchise. Their players would then maybe go into some draft like an expansion type draft but for contracted players. We just have to get first pick in this type of draft and bypass Mike Davis for Lamar. It's not THAT far fetched.

LAmar can't play in the pocket. Shanny hates that. Also trey is on a rookie contract, and we are able to keep the top talent we have because of it. Bringing in Lamar could possibly be the worst move in franchise history.

True lol

if he keeps playing like he has. He's not going anywhere and getting more than Mahomes got.

A lot of truths here.

It's never going to happen anyways. Ravens aren't letting him walk out the door. So it's a moot point.

If Kyle's offense for Trey was really what he wants to run going forward (I know it was a small sample size and he could have planned to throw the ball a lot vs Seattle with Trey), then we should trade for Taysom Hill.

Please pass the pipe
Since Shanny has been the HC of the 49ers the offense has been THE most inconsistent, THE most frustrating, THE absolute worst unit on the team. Shanny is supposed to be this offensive guru. He's called the most creative offensive mind in the league. But given the offensive output since he's been the HC I have never harbored so little confidence in his offense. At this point, until Kyle shows different, I won't be expecting much from the 49ers offensively. And frankly, that's a damning indictment on Shanny. I don't know if his offensive vision is too complicated, or too unrealistic, or if he's just plain too stubborn, or a combination of all three. Personally, I'm inclined to think that it's maybe a combination to too unrealistic and stubbornness - unrealistic because he's forcing a scheme onto Jimmy that he has consistently shown that he can't mentally and physically just can't execute, and that takes an incredible amount of stubbornness.

At what point does Shanny design a scheme that's fashioned off Jimmy's skills? I get it, it's widely known that Shanny's scheme is "quarterback friendly". Well, obviously it's not too friendly for Jimmy. Kyle has to change the scheme to fit Jimmy, otherwise bench him and bring in someone (rookie or vet) who can run Shanny's scheme that way that Shanny want's to. Because it's clear to me that Shanny is intent on winning the way HE want's to win no matter how the situation presents itself.

Taysom wouldve be a able to take the pounding that Kyle's gameplan required vs Seahawks.

But I don't think that was Kyle's gameplan for he whole year. I think he was relying on his running while trying to build up his passing game. I believe as the season progressed he would've leaned more on his passing. We won't get to find out until next year which sucks.
