You are so silly lol. What exactly are you expecting Kyle to do, pull out our secret franchise QB that we have hidden in the wings? Beathard was a 3rd round pick for a reason. Do you think it's possible that Kyle knows that CJ isn't ready?

Losing helps a new coach decide on which players not to keep. Bad players can hide a little better when a team is winning.

This is the first year with a new GM.

What's your plan? Fire Shanny/Lynch and hire our 4th HC in four years?

Well said!
I'm absolutely astounded at the attitude of this board. Everyone is tired of losing but if anyone on this board thought we were going to have some good season then they know little about football and this roster. This is/was a complete rebuild. Almost the entire roster has been turned over on top of learning a new offensive and defensive system. The new regime is using this as a learn the players and developmental year. We could've kept certain players this season and been better but there wasn't a future with those players. The new regime is going to have growing pains with certain players because they need to learn and see what they have. Anyone who thinks this team is better off going 5 and 11 or 6 and 10 is wrong. The worst thing you can be in professional sports is mediocre. Not good enough to be in the playoffs but not bad enough to pick high for the elite players. Do yourselves a favor and be patient and let this regime build the team. I have complete confidence in this new regime.

He and Lynch could try to get one. Multiple teams tried int he first two rounds of the past draft but Shanalynch went with Hoyer.

and we were told kyle is god and can work with anyone. and hoyer had this best year with kyle so . not matter what. he should be doing well. of course the coaches thought it nice to dump a good weapon in kerley in favor of guys who drop the ball but thats beside the point

Who is telling you all this lol? You keep saying and we were told this and that and honestly I have no idea who has been saying kyle is god and Hoyer didn't have his best yr with kyle actually.

He needs help

after we lost to a hapless team with a old running back and a third string qb , how is the view from the ship we are on that you said last week is far ahead of where you thought we would be.lol

How is it not from a rebuilding stand point ?

This is where you need help. Cause those voices you're hearing are screwing you up

If only Shanny could have brought ATL's entire offense with him.

i would much rather be in my world seeing things for what they are as compared to others who say we are far ahead of our rebuilding process and should be 4-1 at best.

i did answer your question dad. i said no. because i believe crap qb play is just one of many issues we have that are causing us to lose games. yesterday i blame the secondary for example. vs the cards i blame the dc for going soft and kyle for taking a penalty which gave the cards an extra down. if you know what i am going to say and opinionate before i do. then why even ask questions of me.

You're completely wrong sorry. Throwing opening drive pick 6s, missing wide open players constantly, completing 45% of your passes etc that s**t loses you games...especially when your only losing by a FG.

I'm not saying there aren't other factors into our losses, but without question upgrade at QB and we have 3 wins....it's really not even debatable at this pt.

What does the bold part mean, exactly? I mean, did people say Brady was a 6th round pick for a reason? Joe Montana was a 3rd round pick for a reason? Trent Dilfer was a 1st round pick for a reason? Just trying to understand what you and others mean when you say the above, or something like it.

I certainly believe, and therefore agree with you, that Kyle is in a better position to judge whether CJ is ready. But, it would be nice to know what the plan is. Next year it seems like the 49ers have to acquire a solid QB, one way or the other. And, if CJ does not get a chance this year, I guess I fail to understand why the pick was used on him to begin with.

I'm assuming Kyle realizes that we need much more than a QB and decided to add other pieces first.

You can't really point out the anamolies to prove the point imo. I'm just saying that if CJ was seen as a shoe in prospect he wouldn't of been available in the 3rd round. It's obvious that he needs works in certain areas or Kyle would have already thrown him out there.
