I wouldn't expect a change at QB until the bye week but it should and will happen

I don't know if I'd do it at the bye. Coming off the bye we have Seattle at home. Really want CJ's 1st start against that D? If he doesn't play soon, I would at least look at starting him vs the Cowboys at home, then the Cards at home, then comes the bye. This gives CJ some game experience then the bye to collect himself before he faces Seattle.

I think it's very simple. Most knew this was going to be an ugly year. However all of the hype about Kyle caused most of us to have false hope that we would see a huge improvement from last year. Because we have not seen a huge Improvement in terms of wins and losses many of us are let down. Of course Harbaugh's quick turn around along with the Rams Improvement this year has made it even harder on us.

Then people weren't paying attention to what Shanalynch actually said in the offseason.
Just a comment about several plays that went south, and one for sure was near the goal line. The hole, I think, was just to the right of Kilgore' s right shoulder, or the "2" hole. Laken pulled and the MLB crashed thru where Laken had been, meeting Carlos(?) right at or behind the LOS. No way should Laken have been pulling on that short yardage play. Play stoppped for loss.

Then again, saw about the same thing happen elsewhere .Wonder if that play is designed faulty? No way should the OG have pulled on either of those plays. Straight ahead blocking is what looked like should have been called. Anyone else note that?

So many more said we were not a good team, yet here you sit continuously taking the opinions of a few and trying to spin it as if it is the opinion of most.

For real..cc gottta give it a rest. Most of us knew this was gonna be a ugly first yr for many many reasons.

sorry, not going to get off that easy. i am addressing all of the people who are setting there saying we should have been 3-1 before sunday. if we are a 3-1 team like many think we are, then we should have wupped em bad. but no, we lost ugly again. you would think the narrative would change but no, now you got people saying. well now we should be 4-1 and 5-0. that is what i am talking about

Right but Harbs and this "rebuild" is apple to oranges...think Harbs had 5 pro-Bowlers on that squad plus smith>Hoyer.

Last off season was the first time in 11 yrs we didn't have a single pro-bowler lol.

losing by 11 combine pts over 4 games vs 57 pts last yr in the same time span is improvement for a very young team, whether you want to believe it or not.

Let's face it you'd complain regardless...it's what people do on social media in general, it's much easier to do I guess.

i did answer your question dad. i said no. because i believe crap qb play is just one of many issues we have that are causing us to lose games. yesterday i blame the secondary for example. vs the cards i blame the dc for going soft and kyle for taking a penalty which gave the cards an extra down. if you know what i am going to say and opinionate before i do. then why even ask questions of me.

Harbaugh inherited a loaded roster with pure talent. Shanny inehrited Baalke's mistakes. You can't compare the 2 regimes. Imagine what Shanny could have done with Harbaugh's 2012 offense. They possibly could have won a SB. He coulda won one in ATL if they had a better D.

We very well could have been 3-1 easy if Hoyer could play. Still didn't answer my question on us being 3-2 with a better QB? Throw s**tty Carson Palmer on this team and we're in 1st place in NFC west.

We lost in OT how is that ugly? We've lost by 11 total pts in 4 games how is that ugly? Losing by 57 combined pts is losing ugly.

Let's go get a QB this off season, either in FA or the draft...the way it's shaking out we're gonna have a good chance at doing just that.

Yeah but PFF loves some of our players

Great coaching would have gotten us a win or two

Threat level has now changed to cautious optimism to cautious

Despite the other issues (penalties and dropped passes the other culprits), with better QB play, the record would be different. Hoyer has made mistakes at critical times that could have changed the outcome. Isn't the QB the guy that usually leads them to a W?

It's a sign of one of the youngest teams in football as well...they will learn. You know what team is constantly one of the most penlitized team ever yr? Seattle...they just have talent and a group of guys that have played together for some time. This is 7 months into a totally new system with a buttload of new faces.

You brought up singletary's team and how they were better...well no s**t lol. He had pro-bowlers on the roster when he started, how many did this current FO have? Zero that's how many. Baalke f**ked this team and it's gonna take time to rebuild not 7 months.

Better QB play is much more important that DBs. That improves the offense overall, helps the run game and also helps the D if we actually score more.

The great thing is we are actually in place to take care of much of this next off season....patience is a virtue my man.
I have been patient the past three years/rebuilds. At some point one has to ask if it is the organization and ownership making bad decisions that will not produce a winner. Bad ownership has doomed a lot of teams.

we lost to the colts who are bad, who have a old running back. a third stringer who tore us up in the second half and they have a horrid defense..... if losing to them, the way we did is not ugly, man
