This needs to be repeated over and over again. Dude spent insane draft capital on a guy he continues to use incorrectly. He needs to answer for it. Personally I think its egregious enough that he should lose his job.

Shanny's inability to draft and develop a qb could be his downfall. All he had to do was draft Mahomes. A huge miss.

He won't be fired and shouldn't. He should however lose a lot of say with regards to the draft. There's no reason to keep spending high draft picks on RBs when it's obviously such a plug and play run game.
