I love offensive football and i understand offensive football. Kyle's offense is a joy to watch even in this deminished talent state. Guys are always open....that's all you can ask of a playcaller. Talent at that point dictates the results. The naysayers can b***h all they want but Kyle has almost a decade of results that show his talent for offenses.

you love field goals. you love the fact we can not score touchdowns. you love the fact we are woefully in adequate across the board offensively. you love the fact the brain trust has managed to put together the worst qb . o line wide outs and tight ends in the nfl, you love the fact we average 13 penalties a game. wow spare me the big picture talk. this is reality. this is the team we will have for the rest of the year. enjoy the 0-16 progress cuz i am sure next year will be so much better, lol. kyle is no longer an offensive coordinator,. he is a head coach. what he has done in the past means zip

are you serious?? so now Kyle Shanahan is Mike singletary? or Jim tomsula?
he is either walsh or sing or jt .. right now i would settle for him being monte clark

i expected more from this offense and did not think the chip gabbert offense would be better than this crap fest , we were told breathlessly that hoyer would thrive under kyle. now that he is not, the narrative/excuses must change and now its , oh we are young so thats why. maybe kyle just is not as smart as we all were led to believe.

by then jed will have filed papers to dissolve the team unless he has found a buyer

How about you go be a Rams fan for those 30 years?
why is it,. when someone dares to go against the mob and express frustration. discontent and just plain anger at the season. and opinions that run contrary to those who think we are just fine and on track,.. they are told to root for another team. i guess tolerance on this board only goes one way and if you go against the mob. you should root for another team

Thanks, and you know what? I don't feel bad at all after 3 of these losses. The defense has looked good to OK in three of them. The offense looked great in one. The Panthers loss probably hurt a tad.

At the end of the day we have dozens of new players on this team (which is insane) and many of them won't be here next year. We have FIVE picks in the first three rounds and $100 million in cap space for 2018.

ShanaLynch will identify players worth keeping and will draft accordingly. I can almost guarantee we'll have a new QB on this roster in 2018. Either a top rookie or top free agent.

We'll draft Gaurd, WR and CB. Maybe even a pass rusher. We could nab a pass rusher in free agency or could do that with WR. There's a lot of options. There's light at the end of the tunnel. If people can't see it it's because they don't want to see it. They don't want to see it because they have some sort of bone to pick.

Shanahan was one of the top HC prospects and has been around the NFL his entire life. He's going to bring 1980-1990's style 49er football back to the bay area but he just needs some time to put a viable team together. This isn't going to happen overnight and it was never intended to happen with Brian Hoyer at QB. We'll get a good offense going if we can land a good QB. Everything the new regime is doing relies on us getting a good pocket passer and also on the defense improving.

Just need 3-4 new pieces. 3-4 new starters at key positions. I feel this could actually be accomplished in the 2018 draft/free agency. Heck, if we end up with a losing record in 2018 then I'll jump on the hater wagon myself.

some of the Issues that pop up is tons of penalty, which is directly related to coaching, the discipline of the team.
And, we have another close game and lets have the inaccurate as f**k QB throw 50 times this game. And that's just the last game.
There are other things. But there has been suspect play calling, and tons of penalties in all the other games.

Has nothing to do with the babble you keep throwing out.. "Kap Fans" or wanted "Trubisky" etc, but keep throwing it out. Some of the s**t you throw might stick to a wall.
A few people on here toted Kyle as a genius, and kyle/lynch do no wrong.
If some of us don't like some of there moves, we state our opinions and have every right to.

thank you jeep. you are a good citizen and fine poster. being underwhelmed by lynch and not impressed at all by kyle may not be popular here but to express that opinion and then to be met with.. go root for the rams or you want trent and jt back,. is childish and foolish

Ridiculous. Are we not allowed to respect or acknowledge great coaches and players from other teams? Anyone that is still a fan of this team after the last 15 years (especially the last 2) shouldn't have their fandom or loyalty questioned so easily.

Even though I don't want to see any more of Hoyer, Shanahan is right about keeping him going. Starting Beathard on the road is not an ideal situation for us.

a kyle thing.. not knowing how to use our pricey fullback and all of the penalties
a lynch thing, signing asa to fix the secondary and really doing nothing to fix the line . do not think that is enough to get some people bent all out shape but so beit

maybe they are saying behind closed doors. if hoyer can not beat the colts. he can not beat anyone and now we need to look at the kid
Since I was blamed for calling Kyle the next Bill Walsh(which is f**king b******t, I've never said anyone was Bill), I'm gonna go ahead and compare the quarter mark of their first seasons as HC. Both inherited 2-14 rebuilding teams and both were almost decade nfl playcallers before getting the gig. Here's how they stack up

WALSH 1979
Points for: 80
Points allowed: 106
Diff: -26
First downs: 72
Pass yards: 868
Rush yards: 358
Total yards: 1226

SHANAHAN 2017
Points for: 66
Points allowed: 94
Diff: -28
First downs: 69
Pass yards: 773
Rush yards: 418
Total yards: 1191

Both started out 0-4. The differences between the two thru a quarter of the season is 2 points in differential, 3 first downs and 35 yards. But you know, those first 4 games totally wrote the entire story that was Bill Walsh. Point is, it's way too f**king early to be making grand statements.

AGAIN, I DO NOT THINK KYLE OR ANYONE IS BILL WALSH.
