Do you think he has done a great job so far?

With this crap roster, yes.

Seriously? 4 games into his 6 year contract, taking over a 2-14 team and we expect him to be 4-0?

This s**t is gonna take time. Gotta keep improving this roster and get a FQB
49ers = $64 million in cap space
Rams = -$400k in cap space

I'm happy with where we're at, all things considered.

Brian Hoyer-

Are you looking at box scores or watching the games?

The plays are there to be made. When guys are wide open and dropping passes that's not coaching. When guys are wide open and the QB throw the ball miles away that's not coaching.

He's clearly struggling out there but the scheme is giving him opportunities to make the plays he's just not making them. Sometimes due to awful throws, sometimes because he can't seem to see the defenders in the area and yes sometimes when he does make the throws his receivers don't always reward him by doing their part.

Anyone complaining about coaching at this point needs to just stop. You could complain about the penalties and you could complain about some other things but the offensive coaching is not the problem here.

Don't forget we have a young team on both sides of the ball and both sides of the ball learning a new scheme. Add in a QB who isn't consistent and you get what we've seen so far. Even with all of that you can make a case that we should be 2-2 if the refs did their jobs better.

Rams aren't winning the SB this year, neither are we.

I'd say we're in pretty good shape future wise with our cap space.

This. As the God named Justin Smith already told: Stats are for losers, the only thing that counts is the W-L column.

Coaching is actually responsible for the play on the field...hate to break it to you.

They aren't just there for the play calling...It's their job to make sure these guys are prepared and ready to execute. This is also why penalties are on the coaching staff...instilling discipline and accountability is part of their job too.

I'm mad every time we lose...especially when the team blows it for themselves.

We're competing tough and setting a good foundation. We get to identify who's part of the solution moving forward and have ample cap space and draft picks to improve quickly.
I still think Kyle has done an admirable job coaching a brand new team that was getting blown out every game last season. The fault really is talent, experience , and execution . We have a good young coach that wins challenges, and has shown veteran focus in time management. I feel good things coming.

I need you to just stop with this bigger picture long term building nonsense. Don't you know that 2-14 teams should be able flip the switch as quickly as a human can fart?

Yep, it was super bowl or bust this year Dumbf**k ruined it by picking Hoyer over all the available pro bowl and hof QB....how could he have been so dumb. He shoulda taken Rogers.....and not bringing Julio was a major fail.
